Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to the questions local property owners ask us most.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can you take down a tree close to my house?

Yes. When a roof, fence, or pool cage sits underneath, the limbs come down on ropes in controlled pieces rather than being felled.

Do you haul away the wood and debris?

Yes. Limbs, trunk sections, and brush are loaded and hauled out, and the ground is raked before the crew leaves.

What areas do you serve?

We serve the communities listed on this page and the surrounding area. Ask us about your address and we will confirm.

How do I know if a tree needs removal or just trimming?

We look at the lean, the root plate, deadwood, and the condition of the trunk, then recommend the lighter option whenever the tree can be kept.

Should I have trees trimmed before storm season?

Thinning a heavy canopy and reducing end weight lets wind pass through instead of pushing the whole crown, which is the work best done before the windy stretch.

Do you grind the stump too?

Stump grinding is quoted with the removal or on its own. We take the stump below grade and the surface roots with it so the spot can be planted or sodded.

What happens to my lawn during a removal?

We plan access before the crew arrives, lay protection where equipment has to cross turf, and rake the work area back out when the job is done.

Can you clear a tree that came down on my driveway?

Yes. We make the property safe and open the access first, then work through the rest of the debris and haul it away.

Still have a question?

Tell us about the tree and we will come look at it and put the scope in writing.
